DAISHO Sauce for Beef Bowl Rice (175g)

A savoury sauce for beef bowls made with a well-balanced blend of kombu and bonito dashi, enhanced with the rich sweetness of hon mirin. A touch of white wine is added as a secret ingredient to bring out the flavour of the beef.

Instructions1. Cut the beef into bite-sized pieces. Slice the onion into wedges.2. In a frying pan, combine this product, water, and onion. Bring to a boil.3. Add the beef and simmer until the sauce thickens to your liking.Serve over cooked rice.Ready to serve.
