SAF-INSTANT Dry Baker’s Instant Yeast is a must have for making your own bread! This Red Instant dry yeast specially developed for doughs with little or no sugar: 0 to 10% sugar by weight of flour. It does not require rehydration before use. Added directly to the flour, or at the start of the mixing process.
