Nusnus Mastic Turkish Coffee 250 Gr

Ingredients: Ground coffee, mastic gum, mastic gum flavoring. Roasted on wood fire.

Preparation: (5-6 gr coffee to 65 ml water): Measure drinking water with a cup and put it in the cezve. Add 2 teaspoons of coffee for each cup, sugar as desired (2 teaspoons for medium). Mix the coffee and sugar well on low heat. After a while, divide the rising foam into the cups. Cook the remaining coffee one more time and pour it into the cups. Store in a cool and dry place.
