Instructions1. Lightly season the chicken wings with salt and pepper, then coat them with a thin layer of flour.2. Deep-fry the wings in oil at 180C until golden brown (about 810 minutes).3. Drain excess oil, place the wings in a bowl, and toss with the sauce until well coated.Optional: Sprinkle with pepper or toasted sesame seeds for extra flavour.
Store in cool dry place; shake before opening
