• Hand picked in whole bunches, and gently pressed without crushing the fruit to keep the freshness.
• Nose of musk, lemon serbet and orange zest. A vibrant zesty acidity of lemon and lime.
• Initially, there’s a ripe fruitiness but it transitions to a savory, mineral finish. A lingering aftertaste.
• Perfect with the Chinese dimsum.
