How to Use

1. Scrub the mussels thoroughly with water and remove the byssal threads. Set aside.
2. Heat a large pan over medium heat. Add half the butter, then saut garlic and onion for 12 minutes until fragrant.
3. Pour in the cooking wine and simmer for 35 minutes to reduce the alcohol.
4. Add the mussels, cover with a lid, and steam over medium-high heat for 5 minutes until all shells open.
5. Transfer the mussels to a serving dish, reserving the broth.
6. Stir cooking cream and salt into the broth.
7. Bring to a boil, then toss in pre-cooked pasta and mix well. Plate and serve immediately.
8. Coat every strand for maximum flavour!

Storage:

Keep refrigerated upon arrival. Use by 2 days for best quality.
