Nusnus Ottoman Coffee 500 Gr

Ingredients : Coffee, CREAM, sahlep, chocolate, terebinth, mastic gum, carob
Roasted on a wood fire.

Preparation: (5-6 gr coffee for 65 ml water): Measure drinking water with a cup and put it in the coffee pot. Add 2 teaspoons of coffee and sugar to taste (2 teaspoons for medium) for each cup. Mix the coffee and sugar well on low heat. After a while, divide the rising foam into the cups. Cook the remaining coffee one more time and pour it into the cups. Store in a cool and dry place.
