REMY RUDLER Munster Ferm Cheese AOP (150g)

A washed-rind cows milk cheese that traces its roots back to monastic cheesemaking traditions from the Middle Ages. The name “Munster” is derived from the Alsace town of Munster, where, among Vosgian abbeys and monasteries, the cheese was conserved and matured in monks’ cellars. It is a creamy and strong-smelling soft cheese, with a subtle taste.
