ROUZAIRE Brie de Nangis Cheese (150g)

Rich and creamy milk aroma, with subtle mushroom notes, silky yet firm, elegantly balanced.

In the past, this cheese was produced on farms close to Nangis, hence the name. But it almost disappeared, but has seen a revival over the past few decades. Now the Brie de Nangis Cheese is made by the well-respected ROUZAIRE family in the village of Tournan en Brie. Matured in a wooden box, the chalky centre gradually ripens under the influence of a thin white rind over a period of 4-6 weeks. The texture is smooth and creamy, and has a sweet flavour.
